First of all, welcome to Sertifier. You do not need to pay any fees to become a member. All you need to do is register by email and verify your account by confirming the mail we send after your registration.In addition, if you upgrade your profile to an institution account after you become a member of Sertifier, we also give you 10 certificate credits as a welcome gift!

It is the name of the payment method in order to send certificates by using your institution account.If you have spent 10 certificate credits we give you after you have created your account, you can visit the "Add Credit" page on your user page to purchase more.

It is the type of account that every user gets who registers with Serfier. Individual account holders can view all digital certificates sent to their e-mail addresses.

It is the type of account you will have if you upgrade their individual account on your profile page, which will be created by the authorized users who want to design, send and store digital certificates on the Sertifier. Institutional account holders can send their designed certificates to their list of recipients by using purchased credits through the platform.

Individual account holders can begin to operate their institution accounts by upgrading their accounts when they want to design and send a certificate and, if needed, by purchasing one of the certificate credit packages. In both types of accounts, users can view, download, and share digital certificates that are sent to their e-mail addresses whenever they want.

It is a very easy step. Using the secure payment options provided by the Sertifier, you can add credits to your institution account by purchasing the appropriate package for your budget and needs from your "Add Credits" page.

Absolutely! All you have to do is log in with the username and password you have on any computer you want to use with.

Anyone you share the username and password of your institution account can log in to the same account.

You can use the platform with all web browsers; but we recommend using Google Chrome for the best user experience.

In order to securely share and store your certificates, we assign unique QR codes and serial numbers to each certificate we create over our platform. This allows you to check your certificates on Home Page at any time without logging into your account and prevent your certificates from being copied.

Design

If our users do not have their own certificate templates, we give you access to dozens of unique and professional designs that can be used for your own organization.

Of course! The only thing you need to do is to use the design you have, select one of the design templates we offer you and press the "Load Your Own Design" button on the designer screen.

All you need to do is add your signature by clicking on the "Add Picture" button while you are editing it in our designer. You can then easily arrange the size of your signature and the location on the certificate through our designer.

It means that by giving a title to your certificate design, you can easily access your design with the same title later on your institution account. By naming your certificate design, you can easily search among the certificates you send later.

You can use jpg, png files to upload your own designs. The size of your designs should be at least 1920 pixels wide.

Send

What you need to do is very simple. You must create a recipient list from the Certificate Receivers page. While you are creating the list, you can add the receivers to the list by their first and last names and e-mail addresses, or you can download the draft Excel document and add your list on to it, then you can easily create the receiver list by by uploading the Excel document to the platform.

Definitely not. Bearing in mind the Sertifier's time-saving mission, after you create your certificate receivers list, every receiver will get their certificates with their name on their certificates seperately.

What you need to do is that you can create a new receiver list from your “Receivers List” page and send the certificate again.If the problem is not solved, you can contact our technical team via it@sertifier.com

All you have to do is click the "Submit" button. We will take care of the rest for you.

For certificates you send to a person via Sertifier, you can track: Have the receiver received my e-mail? Have the receiver opened my e-mail? Have the receiver downloaded his/her certificate? By giving 10 certificate credits, we track your certificates on our platform.

Store

Thanks to Sertifier's design-send-store infrastructure, you can access your certificates at any time via your institution profile.You can also keep track of the certificates you send via “Track Submissions” system.

One of the main principles we have as Sertifier is the security of your data. For this reason, we place QR code and Serial number on each certificate you create. This prevents copying of your certificates and keeps your certificates secure in storages.
